When you get all excited that you found a program to download for free that will let you create a new skin for Internet Explorer, because you can make a LotR skin! [img]smilies/biggrin.gif[/img] I made one of Rivendell, and it's so pretty!! Here's the link.
I think you can make a skin for whatever browser you have. It doesn'thave to be IE.
