Oh, come on, Feanor would win, no question. He was prepared to take on Morgoth! You think a little human would be any match for him? One look from him, and Denethor would melt.
How about Wormtonge vs. Wormtail? (Back to Potter vs. LOTR.)Both are tratiors. Both are geeks gone bad. Both tried, and failed to be sneaky and sucessful. Both are the right hand men of thier Dark Lords(in Wormtail's case, literally). I think in a fist fight, Wormtail would definitely win, he may be a sneak, but he's ripped! (For an old guy.) Wormtail just sort of snivels about. But everybody knew Wormtonge was evil, except the king, Wormtail was un-expectedly bad. Which is worse?
