Ok so my legs are VERY saw! I am practising for a competition which takes place on Wednesday! I can’t wait but still it is complicated! And I had to do warm ups! So I worked it out I ice-skated 5-6 miles today, cool hey? Well at least the weather doesn’t effect ice-skating because if it is hot or cold outside it is always cold inside! Well I got to train AGAIN tomorrow! I am scared of what my coach might make me do, I might come back tomorrow saying well I’ve done 25 miles today [img]smilies/smile.gif[/img] I wish [img]smilies/wink.gif[/img]!!
