Bilbo - A schitzophrenic old man.

Theoden - A selfish ruler who doesn't give lembas about Rohan.

Frodo - A depressed, angsty guy who when trouble shows up, can only stare at the attacker with huge blue eyes.

Sam - A clingy hobbit with boundary issues. All I could think of.
