Having to rebut comments which were locked is not convenient. I see the edits, but the account of the debate over Dior is extremely erroneous.
Dior did not inherit any kingdom from Thingol. Tolkien stated unambiguously that Dior reestablished the realm of Doriath. What Dior called himself, "Thingol's Heir", doesn't reflect the reality of the storyline, which is that he inherited nothing from Thingol.
And I showed that quite conclusively by citing numerous texts.
