What burrahobbit would have done

First of all, burrahobbit wouldn't have made three separate movies all at once. He would have made six. Six movies lasting three hours each would have allowed for so many extra details that would have added so much more to the movies, from Bombadil to fetching the sun, to huorns, to loads of everything else. After he had filmed six movies, burrahobbit would have released one film every six months.

I agree, and good to see you back.

I wondered why they didn't do this (must be money... its all about money these days). And I would have gotten a Tolkien expert and a linguist to double-check the Elvish and the Elvish subtitles (Aragorn is too young to have seen a yen! hmph)

I agree! the lotr is actually divided into 6 books, why not do the same with the movie?

Maybe they were afraid the cast and crew would go insane? As it was, i hear they all got pretty nutty on the set, if they had had to shoot twice as long, they might have lost it completely and just run around on camera shouting brit swear words.

The Hobbits began to call eachother hobbits, Viggo carried around his sword.... I say any longer filming and they may not have returned from middle earth, I'm not sure if they have. My guess is you all read the Rolling Stones interview too?

Well middle earth is nice and comfy once again now they have all gone home. I must confess I feared for my cosy hobbit hole with all that capering!
