Elvish writing question
 

I'm sure one of you guys can help me out. I want to know how to write words in elvish script. Either my name or a nice simple word like 'mellon' (it's for a t-shirt). I have tried the Tengwar generator thing on the main page, but I can't get it to work. I have also downloaded the fonts - can I just type what I want in English and then change it to the Tengwar font? Or doesn't it work like that?

I am not sure if this will help, but I know that some bookstores sell a book that has the languages of Middle Earth in it. you could by it, blow up the letters with a copier, cut them out, and stensil them on. Lot a work, but creative!?!? [img]smilies/rolleyes.gif[/img]

if you have the tengwar font and i mean all 3 quenya sindarin and numenor then i can email you your name or even tranlate a few words. through im still learning.

Ive Been looking or a tengwar font. Where, if you dont mind me asking, did you get it. Even if it doesnt work none of my friends will know what it says... [img]smilies/wink.gif[/img]
