People around the Downs and other discussion forums would be making fun of Legolas the girly Hobbit instead of Legolas the girly Elf.

(Mental Change)
Gimli would be eating throughout the entire journey, and Pippin and Merry would be complaining about being stuck with an Elf.

Galadriel would be kissing Gollum on his head, and Frodo would be slobbering over raw fish.

Aragorn would be small and suffering from feelings of insignificance while Éowyn threw herself at Merry (who would look concerned about it and proclaim his love for Arwen).

Pippin would be speaking poetry while Sam dropped stones into random wells.

The Witch-king would be blowing the Horn of Gondor while Boromir was torturing random Middle-earthings with sadistic pleasure.

Glorfindel would be sitting in Rivendell sewing a banner while Arwen rode to rescue Frodo from Ringwraiths. (HA! I got to that one first! [img]smilies/tongue.gif[/img] )

Denethor rounding up the troops while Gandalf burns.

Sam stopping Frodo from killing golum.

Treebeard telling Merry and Pippin to speed up while they tell him that he is talking to fast.

Eowyn would be happily dating Aragorn, and Arwen would be taking out her anger on the Witch King

Sauron would be living in the Shire, and Rose would be atempting to take over Middle Earth

Pippin would be contemplating suicide and conversing with his sword in dark and melodramatic terms while Túrin sang "Sing Hey! for the bath at the end of day!"

Legolas would be squeezing people's eyes out while Shagrat went to fetch the sun.

Tom Bombadil would be peering into his Palantír while Saurman danced around in yellow boots ("Saruman the Yellow").

Bill Ferny would throw an apple at Sam.

Bill the Pony would fly across the ground at breakneck speed with the wind in his mane, while Shadowfax whinnied in fear.
