Picture Hallutionations
 

Similar to world hallutionatins. Tell about when you've seen a picture or object that made you think of LOTR.

I had one incident just now. I got this pop-up that was advertizing some coffee. The picuture showed someone holding a coffee cup. the top of the cup was facing the screen and was golden and for a moment I thought it was the one ring. [img]smilies/biggrin.gif[/img]

There was something that happened right after that. I saw a picture of Legolas. There were some spots on my computer screan right over his face. I thought it was an advertizement for a Legolas acne doll!!!!!

I recently saw a picture of the Mona Lisa on tv, and I could swear I saw her start to scowl! [img]smilies/eek.gif[/img] (That's Sophia the Thunder Mistress' avatar btw)

In a magazine and there was a picture of a ring that looked exactly like Galadriel's ring, but it wasn't. [img]smilies/frown.gif[/img]

And there was this picture of a guy that looked exactly like Faramir. Yet sadly, that also wasn't Faramir. [img]smilies/frown.gif[/img]

There's an advert on TV and every time I see it, I think its Denethor.

Hmm... PICTURE hallucinations?

I think my worst one was when I was walking through the living room to get to the kitchen for a drink. The TV was up kinda loud and I heard a LotR line (the exact one escapes me), which naturally sent me into "ACK LOTR!" mode. I literally flew through the kitchen and had to dive onto the couch to stop myself from crashing into a wall. Turns out, it wasn't a LotR line, but one similar on a TV advertisement. I wish I could remember what it was, dang it....

I have a painting in my basement that resembles the shire and I swear that I can see frodo in it! [img]smilies/cool.gif[/img]

I don't know if anybody will agree with me on this one...

don't you think Chad Kroeger of Nickelback looks like Faramir?

Speaking of Faramir, there's a shot of him in Osgiliath where he looks like this woman I've seen in some programme on Henry VIII's six wives. It totally freaks me out every time and I now se either of them and think of the other instead.
