Gwindor was killed in a battle when Glaurung the Urolóki and the hosts of Morgoth was released.

What I was looking for was the one that died in the ravine before Túrin killed Glaurung.

Hunthor, "of the house of Haleth not the least valiant", was killed when a stone dislodged by Galurung struck him in the head.
