Do u think the men of Numenor established any colonies in the other continents?

Yes, Umbar would be the greatest, other than that, only a few unnamed dominions on the coasts of M-E.

Yeah, in the apendix it says Umbar was a Numenorean colonie. Ar- Pharazon went there.

There are intimations in 'Of The Rings of Power & The Third Age' in The Silmarillion which reveal the existence of many colonies in the South and East of Middle-Earth.
