Well what do you want to know exactly?
Eomer was nephew of King Theoden. After Theoden's son died,(sorry if this info is a little bit off, someone correct me if I'm wrong)Eomer was named heir to the throne of Rohan.
Thats the main stuff from LOTR (I guess) there might be other info but I have no idea [img]smilies/smile.gif[/img]

What's a 411?

Well, Canada 411 is a site where you can type in anyones name and find out there phone # and stuff, sorta like a telephone directory. A 411 on somebody would probebly mean where are they? I'm not sure what Konarmi wants to know though. Konarmi?

Éomer was the son of Éomund, born in TA 2991. He became the Third Marshal of Riddermark and later the King of Rohan. During the War of the Ring, he was imprisoned by Théoden for threatening Gríma Wormtongue in Meduseld. After the death of Théodred, son of the King, Éomer was named the heir of the crown of Rohan. He fought at Helm's Deep, went to Isengard, and fought at the Pelennor. He became King when Théoden was slain by the Witch-king of the Nazgûl, and led three thousand Rohirrim to Morannon. He later married Lothíriel, daughter of Imrahil, Prince of Dol Amroth. He died in SR 1484 (FA 63).

Can't think of anything on Eomer that Manwe hasn't said. Just wanted to add - I've always heard "the 411 on [name]" as meaning simply their basic information; name, location, spouse, children, job, any basic facts relating to their life. Of course it's like the actuall 411 site (or phone number) will give you all that information, but such are the vagaries of linguistic development.
