Paths of the Death...

Hi, I am new to Tolkien world. Could anyone tell me how the path of the dead is taken by Aragon? I cant locate the places on the maps...

I believe that the Paths of the Dead are a sort of tunnel going through a mountain...but I never really got that part myself either...

Indeed.

Swiftly he told of the haunted road under the mountains, and the dark tryst at Erech, and the great ride thence, ninety leagues and three, to Pelargir on Anduin.
It's an underground path (like Mammoth Caves?) from Dunharrow to Erech (which is on the maps).
