What if Sauron became the new Lord Of The Nazgūl?

Imagine if Sauron thought up a plan when the Witch-King died? Sauron can shape-shift, so he could become the new Lord of the Nine Riders! (unless the Ring was cast into Orodruin) Write your comments down, since I might post it as a comic in one of my future topics! (If you want me to )

He would be baking apple-pies!!

Sauron can't 'shape-shift'.

burrahobbit 06-21-2002 03:39 PM

Why would he want to do that?

lathspell 06-21-2002 03:52 PM

eeehmm... Sauron couldn't shapeshift anymore. He had the gift to this, but he lost it after The Last Alliance, as did Morgoth years earlier.
And I'm going to repeat the question burrahobbit asked: why would he want to do that? Sauron already was in command of the Nazgūl, so why should he go in battle as the witch-king?

greetings,
lathspell

Because that would be like a five-star general planning to take out a major and then taking his place.

This, you understand, would be silly.
