Humour in and around the Works of J.R.R. Tolkien

A call for papers. Editors are me and Thomas Honegger, of Walking Tree Publishers.

Anyone interested?

Humour in and around the Works of J. R. R. Tolkien

Not sure I understand?

Are you calling for new works of humor written around the Tolkien books? I recently published a parody on kindle called High as a Hobbit...what do you do with the submissions?

Estelyn Telcontar 06-05-2013 02:03 AM

No, this is a call for academic papers which study various aspects of humour in Tolkien's works. Papers studying and/or comparing humouristic works about Tolkien or his books (such as published and widely-known parodies) are also possible.

What Estelyn said.

The academic papers that are accepted will be published in a book called "Humour in and around the Works of J. R. R. Tolkien". You can read all about the publisher in the link provided.
