Anyway, I'll put a ME related "would you rather..." up. The next person answers, then post their own "would you rather..."

Well Lobelia might be offended if I turned her down, but an umbrella hit is better then bolts of lightning, so I'll go with Gandalf

I'd rather let him go, I'm anti-capital punishment.

Cram. Eowyn can't cook. I've never had any of her cooking, but I know.

Climb the mountain. Fresh air, great view...um, of Mordor...but still, doesn't sound too bad.

Gollum, since I'm not sure what Gothmog is

Farmer Maggots mushroom patch. The ring is more trouble than it's worth.

Edoras, ales and Rohirric food is definitely more to my likilng then lembas
Plus, too much lembas is bad if you're a mortal

Err... I'd rather do neither, because the ring shouldn't be kept and destroys your mental health but I wouldn't like to go on a suicide mission to Mordor...

I'd rather eat raw fish (which is perfectly good for you) than potential man-flesh.

That depends. . .Agression wise I would rather headbut Gimli for being a stuppor dwarf, but for my own skull sake i would rather headbut Legolas. . .

wait it would be next to impossible for me to headbut Gimli. . .ok Legolas it is, but for practical reasons.


Would you rather defeat Sauron in a duel or stay at home eating a pie?

Well, that depends on many factors. Mainly what type of duel it would be, and what type of pie it would be.

Would you rather visit Amon Hen (the Hill of Seeing) or Amon Lhaw (the Hill of Hearing), presuming you could see/hear all that's going on in the whole Middle-Earth?

I think that, being 75% blind, I'd get more out of a visit to Amon Lhaw.

Eowyn has a nice voice, and while I'm sure walking down the Anduin would be a great camping trip, I can't help thinking of how long it would be.

A dwarf captured by elves. Whoever it might be would feed the prisoners their leftovers, and I'd rather have elves' leftovers than dwarves' leftovers. (I'm thinking bacon fat, etc *shudders*)

A hobbit; Elves have so much time to practice I couldn't be able to keep the pace with them

I would rather go to Mordor. it Is one of my Favorite vacation spots ^_^ Angband, I dont really know much about it. :(

Defenentely the Mouth... he has so much power, second only to Sauron, plus I bet he gives really good kisses. (Him being the Mouth and all)

Lotho...not a fan of old nobility (who didn't really get the gold), but then I'd rather have that than a goon.

Beleriand, most definitely. Númenor would be interesting but all the most legendary places are in Beleriand, and besides there's much more to explore.

Tol-i-Gaurhoth. As you said, Beleriand is much more exciting. So is the First age, as compared to the third.
