Re: The new Alphabet Game!!!

Sounds good, but RKittle doesn't want a one-word post thing!
Plus, people could just read everything in the indexes and type those.

Re: The new Alphabet Game!!!

Yeah but I didn't say a one word post thing I said that we all list out as many words beginning with A (in 1 post) and whoever has the most chooses the next letter!

"He turned to Eldarion, and gave into his hands the winged crown of Gondor and the sceptre of Arnor, and bade him farewell."</p>

Re: The new Alphabet Game!!!

Yeah i suppose! O.K how about this we use the actual alphabet and screen through the words and the first to get to Z (in one post) wins something???

Re: The new Alphabet Game!!!

I have a way hard idea. Go through the alphabet like this : &quot;Amon Ereb&quot; so you have to end with a letter next to the one you started the word with. so if the starting letter was 'a' you have to start the next one with 'z' or 'b' and it has to end with one of the letters on either side of it. we could start closer to the middle of the alphabet, though, so there would be more options.

My other idea is you have to write a sentence about the word you are using. Something desciptive so we get some knowledge out of it and it isn't just one word. What say all?

"Good Morning!" said the dragon. "You seem surprised."
"Good Morning! said Farmer Giles. "I am that!"
Farmer Giles of Ham </p>

Your first idea seems good, but it is still a one word answer thing.
On the other hand, your second idea is perfect, who else agrees?

Where are the rules to the Alphabet Game? I am lost and want to play. <img src=smile.gif ALT=":)">

"Many that live deserve death. And some that die deserve life. Can you give it to them? Then do not be too eager to deal out death in judgement. For even the very wise cannot see all ends."</p>

Gandalf, look at Sam's post up above, our rules had to be changed recently, because TBW says there are too many one-word posts!
If everyone agrees, Sam should start, since he cdame up with the idea!

I say if it is correct you don't say anything and go on with the next word but if it is wrong then it is disqualified and someone else says a new one, does that seem fair?
