Take a point from a character and add one to another, you can only do 1 point of damage. kinda like this..

I think some rules should be established. Let's say you cannot repost until 5 others have posted. I think there should be a limit on the total number of players. We have 16 now let's limit to 20. We may want to do a system where you can double heal or hurt too. I've played this elsewhere and if parameters aren't set the game will never end. What do you all think?

Yep, I think the five-post rule you say makes sense. Likewise, the original characters should be probably kept, and once this game is over, one may start with another stack of different characters.

Speaking of this - this game obviously works the best if many people participate, or if people participate often. Just so that it does not become a one-on-one match or something like that.
