Curufin: One of the sons of Feanor and the father of Celebrimbor (maker of the three elven rings)

Huan: the hound that was gift from oroem(sp?) to Curufin's brother celegorm.

Farmer Magot: Because he had some dogs, Grip fang and wolf. The 4 hobbits ate supper there one day on their way out of the Shire.

Rabbit stew: it was a meal that Sam strived hard to put together for Frodo during their lonely travels through Mordor
