I wonder how long I would have been here before I thought of stalking if it hadn't been for this thread? An interesting thing I have discovered. If you want time to think/find the answer a quiz or quote, go to who is online so that people see you are online and can't go to the thread you are answering by seeing you are looking at it. I, too, only just found out about the Who's Online button, and so I have only stalked one person so far.

Iarwain, you're it. [img]smilies/biggrin.gif[/img] I'll be stalking with much more frequency now that I find it seems to be generally accepted.

I must admit, whenever I check the Who's Online page(I do that frequently, I'm bored frequently) the first people I look up are the Admins and Mods. Then, I usually check most of the people who are in my RPGs, to see if they're posting anything there. Afterwards, either I look there for names of good posters, or I just check out the names of each frequently-appearing thread and if the name seems catchy I might give the thread a try.

I tend to stalk the people in the parkinglot of my school. They come out of the builing and iIfollow them to their car, then when they leave I take their spot. More effective than driving in circles.... And as I have said before I stalk on the Barrowdowns as well.

I also stalk GaladrielOfTheOlden, because she always makes good posts. (No pressure!)

I have a few who I tend to follow. Aylwen Dreamsong, Mithadan, Piosenniel are the few who I do quite regularly.

Note: Checking "Who's Online" and stalking tends to involve clicking "Refresh" a lot. As per Barrow-Wight's request, I think we should chill on the stalking and refreshing of the "Who's Online" screen in order to save Bandwidth.
