Lindolirian 01-08-2003 06:34 PM

The Rimdath is a tributary to the Anduin north of the Carrock.

Russandol 01-09-2003 10:28 AM

Correct, as usual ... you have the baton Lindolirian

Lindolirian 01-09-2003 05:37 PM

What road crosses the Odothui?

Russandol 01-09-2003 06:03 PM

The North-South road, principally at Tharbad.

Now you made me look that up!

Lindolirian 01-09-2003 06:17 PM

I know, I try. Go for it!

Russandol 01-09-2003 06:29 PM

Where was Gar Lossion?

Lindolirian 01-09-2003 06:47 PM

You really made me look that one up! Gar Lossion is on Tol Erresea.

Lindolirian 01-18-2003 05:02 PM

Well, as I said, I looked it up, so, I'm know I'm correct. Gosh I hate sayin that. It sounds so arrogant... Anyways
Where is Brownhay?

Pallando B.C 01-18-2003 06:10 PM

Brownhay, or Rhosgobel is located in the vales of Anduin near the southern borders of Mirkwood. There dwells Radagast.

Lindolirian 01-18-2003 07:06 PM

You should know, Blue Wizard.

Pallando B.C 01-18-2003 08:30 PM

It would be an insult to my order if I didn't know.

North East of Dol Guldur, is which Mirkwood landmark.

Lindolirian 01-19-2003 10:26 AM

The Narrows of the Forest, or the East Bight?

Russandol 01-20-2003 08:18 AM

Maybe the Mountains of Mirkwood ?

Pallando B.C 01-20-2003 07:52 PM

The East Bight was the one I was thinking of.

You may proceed, Lindolirian.

Lindolirian 01-21-2003 11:51 AM

Where is Shathur?

Pallando B.C 01-21-2003 06:52 PM

The sourthern most peak of the three great peaks of Moria, also known as Bundushathûr.

That's it!

Pallando B.C 01-21-2003 10:40 PM

What river acts as a southern 'border' of Doraith?

Beren87 01-22-2003 12:02 AM

The River Aros?

Pallando B.C 01-25-2003 02:42 PM

Aros is correct, Beren.

Beren87 01-29-2003 10:26 PM

Thanks Pallando

What was the name of the hills outside of the Grey Havens?

Pallando B.C 01-30-2003 04:51 AM

It is either Ered Luin or the Tower Hills.

Beren87 01-30-2003 04:26 PM

Yep, 'twas the Tower Hills I was looking for.

Pallando B.C 01-30-2003 05:25 PM

What mountain in Beleriand could be called 'The Lonely Mountain'.

Accepting two possible answers.

[ January 30, 2003: Message edited by: Pallando B.C ]

Lindolirian 01-30-2003 08:16 PM

Amon Ereb. Amon being hill and ereb being Lonely as in Erebor- the Lonely Mountain.

Pallando B.C 01-30-2003 10:19 PM

Spot on, Lindolirian. I also would have accepted Amon Rûdh, since it is not near other mountains.

But Amon Ereb was the better answer due to the words you mentioned. Proceed.

Lindolirian 01-31-2003 03:48 PM

Who lives near the Last Hill?

Pallando B.C 02-01-2003 11:31 PM

Saruman, maybe?

Tar-Palantir 02-02-2003 01:47 AM

Treebeard is my guess.

Lindolirian 02-02-2003 10:03 AM

Actually, both. But I was thinking of Saruman. It's Pallando's then.

Pallando B.C 02-02-2003 05:54 PM

What jagged peak forms a northern wall of the Hold of Dunharrow?

Ultimatejoe 02-03-2003 07:16 PM

The only peak I can think of is the haunted mountain Dwimorberg.

Pallando B.C 02-04-2003 04:16 AM

On the right track, but no.

Ultimatejoe 02-04-2003 09:26 AM

The northern "wall" of Dunharrow is the cliff-face; it isn't a peak.

Lindolirian 02-06-2003 05:49 PM

I believe that Dunharrow is at the conjunction of Starkhorn, Dwimorberg, and Irensaga. Not too sure, but I think it is Irensaga that forms the northern wall.

Pallando B.C 02-06-2003 05:51 PM

Right you are, Lindolirian.

Lindolirian 02-06-2003 05:57 PM

In sight of which city was Haramon?

Pallando B.C 02-06-2003 06:09 PM

Minas Tirith, since Haramon is Emyn Arnen.

Lindolirian 02-06-2003 06:11 PM

Correct, Pallando!

Pallando B.C 02-06-2003 06:18 PM

What's the name (in Khuzdul) of the source of the river Silverlode?
