Okay, I have only a second to be on. Due to no current internet access at my own house, and a busy day here at my folks's place, I haven't been able to participate.

So, with no further ado, and crossing my fingers in hopes of catching a wolf --

If you'd like to know, here's what happened:

We had gone to the river to have a picnic yesterday evening for dinner. On the drive back, it became evident to me that I would be dropped off at my house and would have no access to the internet at all. So, I scribbled down on a piece of paper the note I wanted my sister to post on the game thread so that she could vote for me. You have that there, above. But what I failed to tell her was which thread was the right one to post on. I meant to, but it slipped my mind, and she got the wrong thread.

So, whether it counts or no is Glirdan's call. It wasn't even me who posted it.

Noted Foley and will make exec decision by saying yes it will. It WAS before DL and because of your limited net access, I will count it.

If that was a 'very, very sound reason' then I'm a dolphin. :rolleyes: Wut happend wuz, Phantom was sheeped as per usual on shaky reasoning, but whatever.

Spoke to Master Glirdan on facebook and he's still alive. He's just been busy, etc.

He'll be along before too long, I'm sure. ^_^

You know what would be mean? If Glirdan has decided that he will absolutely not end the game unless we can manage to go 4 hours without bugging him on the Downs or Facebook.

Tough crowd, tough crowd. Nah, I'm not that mean. I'm getting most of the narrations done as we speak (aka, I'm catching up on the narrations I HAVEN'T done, before posting the final narrations). So for your enjoyment, I currently have now done Kath's and Nienna's

I'll let you all know as I go through them.


PS: That migraine Foley was the worst head pounding pain I have ever experienced and never want to go through it again as I woke up yesterday with my head still aching.

Shasta's, Lalaith's and phantom's narrations are all done. I will have Foley's and the closing narrations done later tonight before I go to bed.

ETA: This obviously in relation to Phantom, considering that you did set Shasta on fire. ;)

I told the story a while back on the "I met a fellow BDer thread", but I'll explain it here too. :D Kath came to visit Glirdy and me this summer and they were both over at my house. Kath had made this little boat and a claw out of paper and she was grabbing the boat with the claw and making noises and saying stuff like "Mwahaha, there goes the Titanic" and pretending to sink it and stuff. Then Glirdy was like "Hey, so it was a giant claw that sunk the Titanic, not the ice cream!".

Haha. He was tired. It was terribly amusing. :D

Needless to say, it was the best Freudian slip I've ever had made all of us die a little bit due to the laughter that ensued. :D

By the by, I'm on my way to go write the FINAL narration and will be posting some little tidbits of stuff that I was collecting as the game progressed.
