all were born in numenor. (according to my book, valandil was born in imladris.)

Both of our souces can be correct, I belive you are thinking of Valandil; the fourth son of Isildur who was left in Imladris and I was thinking of Valandil the eldest son of Lady Silmariën. (daughter of king Tar-Elendil)
