I'm psychic!

Yep correct of course. Your turn..

Beren87 12-22-2002 01:24 AM

What were the Aglorand?

Pallando B.C 12-22-2002 06:41 AM

I'm not sure, Aglarond is the Glittering Caves in Ered Nimrais, but is that what you meant?

Beren87 12-22-2002 11:12 PM

Argh! Infernal Keyboard of Doom!!

Yes you are correct, that was what I meant to type. Your turn Pallando.

Pallando B.C 12-23-2002 04:49 AM

Haha, good one Beren

Ok, who is 'the Shipbuilder'

Beren87 12-23-2002 03:06 PM

Oh tricky one, first for some reason I was going to say Earendil, but its not, its Cirdan . Am I correct?

Pallando B.C 12-23-2002 06:09 PM

Close. Eärendil's name means 'Lover of the Sea' and is also called many other things like; 'The Blessed' and 'The Mariner'

And Círdan was 'The Shipwright'

Try Again though, you're on the right track.

Beren87 12-23-2002 06:21 PM

There dwelt those of the Sindar who still loved ships, and Círdan the shipbuilder was their lord; but between Círdan and Finrod there was friendship and alliance,
Ok, thats where I got Cirdan from, but its not the answer you want (thought it is a possible one!). SOOOO, is the answer you want Tar-Ciryatan?

...or maybe Aldarion? Just a guess...

Pallando B.C 12-23-2002 07:58 PM

You're right Beren, Círdan could have been an answer, but the one I was thinking of was Tar-Ciryatan.

Sorry for the confusion!

Beren87 12-23-2002 08:44 PM

Thengise Greenleaf of Mirkwood 01-06-2003 08:36 AM

Russandol 01-21-2003 06:41 AM
