By Orcs one would reckon. Upon Amon Ereb in the First Battle of Beleriand.
Then one would be reckoning correctly.

Forweg
Ah, tricksy, pulling from UT
He was killed by Turin, but I couldn't find when or where. |
Killed by Turin while he was pursing the daughter of a man called Larnach in the woods beyond the west marches of Doriath.
Nice research Carrūn, but I'll naturally give it to Beren.
Ah...well your choice Pallando.
What happened to Elwing? She didn't reallie die... [ February 04, 2003: Message edited by: Beren87 ] |
She was raised by Ulmo in the form of a bird who flew to Earendil. She sailed with him to the Undying Lands and after her 'choice' she built a tall tower (that was most likely covered by bird-crap in short order) that she would fly from to meet Earendil and to converse/fly with the birds.
Most elegantly said So, in other words, she commited suicide and Ulmo played the role of Dr.Kavorkian.
Your turn. |
Now that its' been quite a while, something new.
Telperion |
Slain by Melkor and Ungoliant(sp) with a black spear, in Valinor durring a time of festival(dont know what it was called).

That is correct. Your turn!
gandalf the grey
is that by any chance a trick question as he never died? or do you mean that he was killed by the Balrog but returned? (or was that one of PJ's little ideas?)
lyra you are correct. Gandalf the gray was lkilled by the balrog and then returned as Gandalf the white.
