Gil-Galad 07-19-2004 12:15 PM

Calenardhon...close enough oh yeah it was also considered land of Gondor, and DUnland...

Feanor of the Peredhil 07-19-2004 12:20 PM

If I remember correctly, Calenardhon. I'd look up the spelling, as I'm not positive it's accurate, but that defeats the purpose of rummaging through forgotten recesses of my brain.

Edit: aw shucks... cross-posting.

Sleepy Ranger 07-19-2004 12:25 PM

The Mark?

Gil-Galad 07-19-2004 12:27 PM

i thought the Mark was Edoras?

Firefoot 07-19-2004 01:06 PM

Calenardhon works fine, so Gil-Galad goes next.

The Mark, or the Riddermark, is also a name for Rohan.

Gil-Galad 07-19-2004 01:09 PM

right now i gotta think...

Sleepy Ranger 07-19-2004 03:40 PM

Chamber of Records?

NightKnight 07-19-2004 04:17 PM

I just wanna point out that Caradhras is the Redhorn itself, not the pass, nor the mountain range.

wilwarin538 07-19-2004 04:50 PM

sorry sleepy, thats not it.

Firefoot 07-19-2004 04:52 PM

Firefoot 07-20-2004 02:30 PM

wilwarin538 07-20-2004 04:09 PM

Gil-Galad 07-20-2004 04:10 PM

Niluial 07-20-2004 05:05 PM

Is it possibly Eryn Lasgalen?

Firefoot 07-20-2004 05:41 PM

Wilwarin and Niluial both have valid answers, so since Wilwarin answered first he/she can go.

wilwarin538 07-20-2004 05:56 PM

Im a she,

Whats the Tower of the Sun ?

Firefoot 07-20-2004 06:10 PM

That's what I thought, but I was just covering my bases. :)

That would be Minas Anor, or Minas Tirith if you prefer.

wilwarin538 07-21-2004 06:08 AM

And that would be correct.

Firefoot 07-21-2004 08:30 AM

Who is the Lord of the West?

Feanor of the Peredhil 07-21-2004 08:46 AM

Manwe. Or if you're going for 3rd Age, in reference to the "Men of the West", than it would be Aragorn.

Firefoot 07-21-2004 08:59 AM

Neither. Manwe would be correct, except I don't think he is in LotR. There is a different one that I am thinking of.

Gil-Galad 07-21-2004 09:44 AM

Wouldn't the Lord of the West be either the Kings of Gondor or Cirdan and other elves?

Firefoot 07-21-2004 10:17 AM

No.

wilwarin538 07-21-2004 10:50 AM

Maybe Feanor ?

Firefoot 07-21-2004 11:53 AM

No.

Morsul the Dark 07-21-2004 12:05 PM

Im going to go further west.

is it Sauron?
