Findulas was from Nargothrond, not from Doriath. Try again. :p

Thanks!
Which Elven prince had the biggest territory?
Fingolfin i beleive, of Hithlum, well Fingolfin/Fingon

Sador Labadal.

Name three characters who stepped into Angband on their own (that is, not forced into it).
Beren, Lúthien, and Fingolfin? Does Beren count? He needed to enter Angband in order to retrieve a Silmaril, so would that count as being forced? And I know Fingolfin didn't enter Angband, but he did come pretty darn close to it, and I can't think of anybody else at the moment.
well theres Fingon...Luthien...and of course Eonwe and the Valar...Ooh Melkor! Sauron! and the Orcs that captured Hurin!
Beren and Lúthien counts.
But I should have clarified--"good" characters only.
I need one more. |
wouldn't Fingon count? he chose to go to Angmar to look for Maedhros
If you recall . . .
Fingon didn't enter Angband--he clomb it.
Look for guys with grudges, and you'll get who I'm looking for. |
Tulkas sort-of had a grudge, you could say. But he's not a "good" character, right?
Hmmm . . .
I think it's Utumno he descended into.
Anyway, he's not the one I'm looking for. HINT: He entered Angband a little bit after Beren and Lúthien. |
Was it Gwindor? He had a grudge because his brother was chopped up in plain sight, and he and his soldiers

Your thread. :) |
Who is the first named person to be killed by a dragon?
Stab in the dark.
Azaghâl?
Yep. Sorry if my question wasn't very clear.
Thanks!
And don't worry, the question was clear enough. :)
Name one Elf who went with Finrod and Beren. |
Edrahil's one of them.
That's all I need.
Take it. :)
Thanks
Why was the River Ascar later called the Rathlóriel?
'cause the Laiquendi (led by Beren) battled the Menegroth-loot-laden Dwarves of Nogrod, and the treasures were dumped into the river.
Yep. Your turn. :)
Thanks!
What was the real name of Húrin's first daughter?
That would be Urwen.
That would be correct.
Yours again. :)
Thanks
