Good orcs don't have pointy ears...

Nope, still can't find any indication of pointy ears in orcs or goblins. However, the Uruk-hai portrayed in the movie had distinctly pretty pointy ears...

Well if elves have pointy ears so do orcs since they are corrupted elves.
However, if elves do not have pointy ears then orcs won't either. :D

I assume for a moment that Orcs are corrupted Elves for the sack of the discussion.
Now we know that Orcs have crooked legs. But that does not mean that Elves have crooked legs, does it? So, if Elves had pointed ears, that would not mean that Orcs must have. That feature could have been lost during the corruption.

Good point, Findegil. Elaborating on the corruption theme then, I might expect orc ears to hang and dangle especially low, like a flop eared dog, as like as not.
