Yep. Due to work, I won't be around for the later half of the Day (including DL) on Thursday and Friday, and Monday thru Wednesday the following week, so I'll have to vote early on those Days, but otherwise it's fine.

Since this is the case I'll say right now that I'll be absent for a good part of Day 1 because of work.

So that would make Day 1 wednesday? Wow, Day 1 is going to be just dreadful for me, I have school then doctors then work, with absolutely noooo time inbetween, and that all ranges from 8:30am to 9:30 pm, so really, that's bad. But Day 2 should be much better, Day 3 as well!

Basically, Tuesday is fine, I just won't be around. :)

Woah, I totally forgot about the night phase. So I can start that Monday, and the first Day dawns on Tuesday.

That kind of works for me. It is just deadline is noon my time and I have school from around 7 to 2.

After giving much thought, I decided while noon isn't a great deadline for me, it's certainly better than the one from the previous game. And I don't think I can any longer resist playing a game that involves the likes of players like Spm.

So McCaber...do you still have room for a last minute sign-up? (Very last minute it seems, as I didn't realise the game was starting as early as in nine hours... :eek:)

McCaber, a few things I'd like to be clarified before we start:

• Can we retract votes? If no, that's fine; if yes, how many?
• What happens in case of a tie? Double (or *shudder* multiple) lynch, flip of the coin, or something completely different?
• Will there be any modfire rules, or should we deal with inactive players on our own?

Retractable votes: no.
In case of ties, first to reach the highest number is the one lynched.
I had hoped not to deal with modfire rules, but as a reference: if someone misses three votes in a row, they're gone.

If you don't know how to do this: go to your User CP, select Edit Options in the column on the left, and tick the first box on the top. Don't forget to Save Changes.

We need to bring our summer cottage to a winter-readiness and hoist the jetty as those who normally do that are not able to do it this year...

So I will be off like GMT+3 midday on Thursday to the Friday evening... or if my father decides otherwise...

I should mention that Day 2, Thursday, is going to be horrible for me because I have a meeting then I rush off to work for most of it. Just a warning that I might not be the most active then.

Generally 24 hours, same as Day. McCaber will put up his Night 2 narration when it's time, then he'll say we can talk on the game thread again with the official beginning of Day 2.

24 hours. Day 2 begins at 1600 GMT tomorrow (Thursday).

I am so sorry to have missed DL. I missed my alarm and had just enough time to go "Wow I'm behind" before scurrying out the door.

And since I'm making apologies I'll say I'm sorry in advance because I won't have much play time Day 3. I'll be around for a solid four or five hours and then I'm gonna be away from my computer.

Just letting you know I won't be here for most of toMorrow and may not even post until a few hours before deadline. I'm heading up to the NH Film Festival tomorrow which means leaving around 7am and not returning until around 1am. Needless to say, I'm gonna be pretty tired by the time I return and will probably only have enough energy to catch up on the thread before falling asleep.

Alright, I have a huge favor to ask. Thanks to terrible scheduling, it's going to be nigh-impossible for me to be around to open and close the day. I have the opening narration written up, and a closing one I can make about an hour or two post deadline.

Can I have a volunteer to post the results from tonight and tomorrow? Preferably one of the recently departed just for convenience, but an innocent bystander can easily get roped in.
