Hurin Thalion was captured by Morgoth's forces and taken to Angbad.
Tharkun was taken captive by Saruman and held at Orthanc.

I think I'll give my answer in an attempt to revive this thread.

They were all song writers. Each of Beren and Lúthien wrote a song about the other; Túrin wrote a song for Beleg, and Finrod wrote a song for the first men, as well as the song of power against sauron.

It was actually a good question Turambar and we should have solved it [img]smilies/frown.gif[/img] - wont you ask another ... to revive the thread as you say.
