"The troll that would have been his executor..."

Probably a wise move to have changed one's mind on that one... I wouldn't trust a troll to be able to cope with even the simplest will or grant of probate ..:)

Nice find Mith. Anybody else imagine a troll in a business suit? :D

This sounds most frightful. A specially constructed dome to drown bored people? Well... I admit it would be interesting... but also quite fatal, if you insist on the drowning aspect of the dome. How horrendous.

I accuse Lalaith. She's always been pretty quiet and suspicious in my mind. Also, I'm sure I saw her one Autumn eve a few years back, stealing through the trees with a malicious glint in my eye.
What's this? She stole through the trees while carrying a malicious glint in E----'s eye? I'm not quite certain about this one...;)

I believe 'me' is a smaller 'ME'. So middle earth (which is smaller than Middle Earth) was being forcibly fed to the habbit?

No, she's probably talking about importing the fruits from abroad. Luckily, she can still transfer a lot... *loves dates*

Yes, that was weak.

When the Balrogian theory is finally solved to the Winged or none winged camp, the whole Forum (and indeed, the world) will collapse in on itself, for no universe can exist where Balrog defiantly do or do not have wings.
I can just see a Balrog drawing itself up to full height and spreading it's enormous wings (or not) and defiantly declaring it's true image.

"my suspicions of Eomer, meanwhile, are heightening because he keeps on pointing the finger at me"

Must be vere naive but I don't see what is wrong with this sentence...

HerenIstarion 08-08-2005 11:23 AM

Mith

I suspect The Only Real Estel imagined Eomer holding some other, probably detached, or maybe rubber-moulded (the) finger apart from ten natural digits presumably being at his disposal. Maybe it was the very finger Sauron have lost... It certainly gives birth to quite interesting mental images, I daresay :D

Morsul, believe it or not, there is a decorum here. We don't identify the culprits by name. Simple shame is our tactic without any finger pointing. That and laughter too. In fact, the laughter might be more important than the shame.

And it is regarded as bad form for anyone to try to claim notoriety. Please keep that in mind. Of course, comedians since time immemorial have claimed that bad form is fair game, but we aren't into rudeness. We aren't aristocrats.

Thank you.
