Knowing that of the HoMe Volumes I have only read the Lay of Leithian , the Epilogue to LotR and the Athrabeth Finrod a Andreth, it's not so difficult! ;)

For some reason I find this story of unfulfilled love particularly touching and heartrending. So little is told, yet "it is the untold stories that are most moving." as Tolkien wrote in one of his letters.
